Bookings & Cancellation 

At the time of booking, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

2 weeks from your check in date, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card.

 

Check in anytime after 4pm.

Check out promptly at 11am.

 

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 30 days before your scheduled check-in.

If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, your booking is non-refundable, but we offer a one-time date change or a credit toward a future stay. Please note that once a change or credit is issued, the reservation becomes final and is no longer eligible for additional modifications or cancellations. If your new stay falls on dates with a higher nightly rate, the price difference will apply.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before check-in are non-refundable and not eligible for date changes or future credits.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund.

Liability

Guests acknowledge that Ouachita Wilde is located in a natural, outdoor setting and accept all risks associated with outdoor activities and wildlife. By booking a stay, guests agree to release Ouachita Wilde, its owners, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during their visit.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs in select accommodations with prior approval. Pets must remain leashed at all times while on the property and may not be left unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and are liable for any damages caused.

Guest Guidelines

  • No drones — For the privacy and comfort of all guests, drones are not permitted.

  • Smoking is allowed only in the designated area near the parking lot.

  • Please respect property boundaries — Fences mark the edges of our land. Do not climb or cross them while exploring.

  • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

  • No parties or amplified music — Ouachita Wilde is a retreat meant for peace, not noise.

  • No swimming in the pond.

  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

  • ATVs are welcome for transportation to and from the property in order to access Wolfpen Gap trails, but may not be driven around the property.

  • No hunting or firearms are permitted at any time.

  • No day visitors — Our goal is to maintain a private, quiet space for all staying guests.
